Application Process

Becoming a member of TOVA is simple!  Just submit your application by filling out the information in the TOVA Membership Application form below and pay any dues required.


First, once submitted, your application will be reviewed by the Secretary, and you will be notified of your acceptance as soon as possible.


Second, when you receive notification of your acceptance into our organization, you can then choose to pay your dues one of two ways:

  • Submit personally to the Treasurer cash or a check made out to TOVA for the correct amount.

  • Follow the instructions for paying online.  This method accepts most major credit cards or an established PayPal account as payment. There is no additional fee for using this service.

Step One:  New Members

NOTE: If you are already a member and you are simply renewing your membership, please skip this step and go to Step Two below.


  1. Fill out the form below.

  2. You will be notified by the Membership Chairperson of your acceptance.


The annual dues for TOVA are payable each January and are $20.  For those joining during the year, we have a prorated schedule:  if you join in January - June, the dues will be $20; July - December will be $10.


PLEASE NOTE: If you are a World War II veteran, the membership wants you to know how much we appreciate your service - you have NO membership fees. Ever.


Information Requested

As part of the application process, we request information on the application for veterans on when they served in the military. This is to fulfill the IRS requirement for our 501c(19) status, and is used for that purpose only. The only requirement for Associate Membership is that you be a spouse, widow/widower, or family member of a veteran, or that you be a resident of Trilogy Orlando or it's staff.


Step Two:  Pay Your Dues!


Pay by cash or check to the Treasurer and make sure you include the Name(s) for the Membership.
